Before you go
A few things worth sorting out before the first day, based on what buyers at this kind of show usually ask for.
- List grades, capacities and compatible materials clearly for each machine or product.
- Bring samples of finished parts. Buyers judge a process by what it produces.
- Capture what the buyer makes today and what they want to change, so the follow-up is specific.
- Keep the specification sheet for every machine one tap away: capacity, power, footprint and accuracy.
- Prepare a short video of each machine running for anything you could not bring to the stall.
- Note the buyer’s job or component when you capture the lead. It decides which model you quote.
