Your data, in plain words

You are about to put your visitor lists, dealer contacts and regular customers into StallCatalog. These are the questions exhibitors ask us first, answered without legal language. The Privacy Policy is the formal version and wins if the two ever differ.

Your contacts stay yours

Every contact you add, import or capture at the stall belongs to you. We hold it only to run your catalogue and your lead tracking. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or use it to market anything to your prospects. Nobody at StallCatalog contacts your leads. Ever.

Nobody else can see it

Your account is walled off from every other exhibitor on the platform. Your contacts, their activity and your enquiries are visible only to the staff logins you create. Our own team looks at an account only when you ask for support, and only at what the support request needs.

Where it lives and how it is protected

• Stored in India, in a managed cloud data centre in Mumbai.
• Encrypted on the way to and from your phone, and encrypted where it is stored.
• Backed up every day, with backups kept for a rolling week.
• Staff logins are individual, so you can remove a person's access the day they leave.

What the AI sees

Two optional features use AI. The product assistant answers a prospect's question from your catalogue content. The lead read on Catalog Pro looks at what a contact told you and what they looked at, and labels them as a bulk buyer, dealer, specifier and so on. In both cases the data is used only to produce that answer, is not used to train any model, and is not kept by the model provider. Both features can be switched off for your account on request.

Messages go from your number, not ours

Catalogue links are sent from your own WhatsApp, by your own staff, one person at a time. We never message your contacts on your behalf. The only automated messages are the one-time codes a visitor asks for when they verify their number at your stall.

Take it with you any time

Export all your contacts, their activity and enquiries as a spreadsheet from the dashboard whenever you like, on any plan that includes export. If you leave, write to us and we delete your account and everything in it. Prospects who want their own details removed can ask you or us, and we act on it.
