Do prospects need to install an app?

No. The link opens in the browser straight from WhatsApp, on any phone. Nothing to download, no account to create. Staff use the same browser app at the stall.

What about walk-ups who just scan the booth QR?

They see your catalogue immediately. To browse further they verify a mobile number with a WhatsApp OTP, and from that point they are a named lead like everyone else, with their product views, searches and enquiries recorded against them.

Can I hide prices?

Yes. Any product can be marked “Price on request”, and you can set a minimum order quantity per product. Prospects tap “Ask about this” and the enquiry lands in your leads with the product attached.

Can I add videos and 3D objects to my products?

Yes. Both Expo Pass and Catalog Pro support uploaded product videos up to 10 seconds, YouTube links and 3D objects, alongside your product images.

How many staff can use it at the stall?

Expo Pass includes up to 5 staff logins per event. Every invite a staff member sends is attributed to them, so you can see who at the stall generated which leads. Need more seats? Write to us.

Is our visitor data safe? Do you sell it?

Your contacts stay yours. We never sell, share or use them to market anything, and no other exhibitor can see your account. Data is stored in India, encrypted, and backed up daily. Does it keep working after the expo?
