- Keep certifications such as FSSAI licence details ready to share.
- Separate distributor enquiries from hotel and restaurant enquiries; they buy differently.
- Keep the specification sheet for every machine one tap away: capacity, power, footprint and accuracy.
- Prepare a short video of each machine running for anything you could not bring to the stall.
- Note the buyer’s job or component when you capture the lead. It decides which model you quote.
