IHGF Delhi Fair Spring
The IHGF Delhi Fair is EPCH’s sourcing fair for handicrafts, gifts, home décor, furniture, textiles and fashion accessories. It runs twice a year, in spring and autumn.

Who visits
Importers, retail chains, buying agents and wholesalers, many from overseas. Entry is for registered trade visitors.
Before you go
A few things worth sorting out before the first day, based on what buyers at this kind of show usually ask for.
- Many buyers are from overseas: keep product names, sizes and MOQs clear in English, and decide how you will quote (for example ex-works or FOB).
- Collect the buyer’s country and preferred contact app as well as their number.
- Give every piece a reference code that matches your catalogue and price list.
- Show sizes, materials and MOQ, and say clearly if a piece can be customised.
- Photograph best-sellers well. Buyers often shortlist from photos after the show.
- Put dimensions, materials and finishes next to every product. Designers ask for these first.
