- Confirm whether your stall is in the components show (4–7 February) or another part of the expo, and plan staff days accordingly.
- Separate OEM enquiries from aftermarket and dealer enquiries when you capture them. They need different follow-up.
- Make parts searchable by part number and by vehicle application.
- Keep quality certifications and test reports ready to share.
- Note whether the visitor is an OEM, a tier supplier or an aftermarket buyer.
